Musical Background & Style

Kuba Sojka is a prominent Polish electronic music artist renowned for his live performances and innovative approach to detroit techno, minimal and house music. Since 2009, he has released music on respected labels such as Matrix, Mathematics Recordings, Dogmatik, and RSPX, earning support from global icons including Jeff Mills, Marcel Dettmann, Laurent Garnier, and many others.

Live

A dedicated live performer, Sojka has played countless shows across Europe, appearing at major festivals and renowned clubs. In 2019, he made a full transition to performing exclusively with hardware and modular synthesizers, embracing complete improvisation in his sets. More recently, he has expanded his performances to include hybrid DJ sets that blend tracks with live drum machine sequences.

Sound Design & Teaching

In addition to his artistic work, Sojka is a sound designer for Arturia and Sonicware, and has created several tracks for the game Cyberpunk 2077 as Poly Face - his separate project focused on more industrial, electro and ghetto-tech music. He is also a lecturer at the School of Modern Music in Wrocław, where he teaches music production, sound synthesis, and DJing.
